Who am I?

Oh, that blue jumper! What a complimentary colour to the beautiful redness of my face!
My name is Emma Kidd, I am Australian and I currently work for myself, and I live in Sydney.
Was a graduate in photography and print making in 1994 (My God!), travelled (Italy/France/England mainly), got myself into trouble, annoyed my family, worked, exhibited and lived overseas, spending way too much money in the process. But now I am a responsible member of some type of society. If societies exist really, (that is like saying there is no class system).

I have many questions where I got the name from for my site / company.
Italian being my first honest attempt at a foreign language, my mind was still in Italy when I chose
the name.
This is the second incarnation of this business. I was a keen chef (my second passion in life, in terms of chosen career paths along the way)...ready to change the world with my version of cooking - jam was the last of my experiments. Hence "well preserved".
Still love the name so it becomes my company of all trades.
AND no, "ben" does not make the jam nor is the director of my company. Kind of like Charlie or something?
Basically all the work on the site is self-initiated or more of the creative work I have been asked to do.
