Photo Friday: Difficult Shot

I took this photo while in the Métro in Paris, trying not to make myself obvious to the women / girls I was taking the photo of. I wasn't pointing it at their faces, so I guess it made it easier.

First Diana Photos
Wednesday, May 14, 2008, 09:57 AM - General, Art/Design, Photography, Lomography
So these are two of my first Diana F+, but all these are minus the flash due to it not functioning when I received it (working on that one and getting my replacement), I used Fuji Velvia 100F (slide film) cross processed, so they are all VERY red. Much redder than the 35mm films I have cross processed. I experiemented, and now I know what I should and shouldn't do with this camera, in general. I am pretty happy with the photos I have taken. Have a squizz at the rest on my Flickr pages.
The top photo is a pinhole photo by the way.

Oh la la! My new play thing...

It has arrived!
I have been lusting after a Diana for ages, I had some piggy points from the Lomography website, so I gave in and bought myself a Diana F+ no less! I have even read all the instructions. I am looking forward to playing with it, it has a pinhole setting and everything!

I have finally received, scanned, cleaned up my last photos from Morocco.
I have put them here: Lomography & Photography, you will find ones from Australia there too if you are so inclined.

I see my sketchel!
Monday, April 7, 2008, 10:50 AM - Art/Design, Illustration, Illustration Friday, Lomography
The funny thing about this, I received this image when I was in Australia. I rushed this monkey to Australia, without his flowers screen printed on his chest, because they wanted it so urgently... that was, I am sure, over a year ago. Oh well. At least I have finally seen how they put him in the bag. I told them they could put him upside down. The completely finished image looks like this
Apart from that, I am getting cracking on my Moleskine, as well as my illustrations of the Aboriginal story, which, is in test phase, and the idea I did this morning is better than the images I did last week, so I feel a lot better now.
