This little piggy goes to market...

This is my little piggy at the moment. He has his all over coating for his decoration. I like the fact that I managed to get it to be very uneven. So there he is, bit dark at the moment, but that is how it is.
Apart from that, I played with my Gocco (something I haven't done for a while). I bought some Canson Arches airmail style envelopes in France with the express desire to print on them. Above is the result.

Now that I have the pieces for Once Upon sent off, I am now organising myself for This Little Piggy. I have started painting the piggy and now it is just time to choose the pieces for the wall in the space too. I have been hoarding pieces, not showing them, and not listing them for sale or otherwise in case I change my mind. We see.

I woke up at 4am this morning with the need to get drawing after kicking myself in the butt last night with my pieces for Once Upon ... I think I am going to make it! Not so stressed now.

The development and scanning begins

I am home. And judging from my mail waiting for me, I have been in Australia a year. Went fast! I have started to scan the negatives from the photos I took while I was away. So far, I only have the black and white films. See the rest of the images either on Lomography or Flickr

Didn't realise what day it was...

I realised just two days ago that I was flying out on Wednesday, not Thursday. Stupid. Makes me feel like the time is too short now to do what I want to do (mainly see people). We go to Paris tomorrow.
I started really working on the pieces for Once Upon, and am feeling better about them. The first one was a warm up I guess. So above is a little sneak preview. Back to work, Paris awaits and I'm not sure how much work I am going to do there. Probably, if i am realistic, none.
